Background

Cookie Policy

Effective Date: February 17, 2026

This Cookie Policy explains how DeckAI Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our”) uses cookies and similar technologies on griddtemplates.com (the “Site”). This policy should be read together with our Privacy Policy.

1) What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. We may also use similar technologies, including tracking pixels (small transparent images embedded in web pages or emails that record visits and interactions), local storage (browser-based storage similar to cookies but with larger capacity), and JavaScript tags. For simplicity, we refer to all of these collectively as “cookies” in this policy.

2) Why we use cookies

We use cookies to:

  • operate and secure the Site (strictly necessary);
  • remember your preferences, including your cookie consent choices (functional);
  • understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it, via Google Analytics (analytics); and
  • measure and improve advertising performance via the LinkedIn Insight Tag (marketing).

3) Types of cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies

Required for the Site to function and to help keep it secure (e.g., session handling, load balancing, basic security, CSRF protection). These cannot be disabled through our cookie banner because the Site cannot operate without them.

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (these cookies are exempt from the consent requirement under the ePrivacy Directive because they are strictly necessary to provide the service you requested).

Preference / functional cookies

Remember choices you make (for example, your cookie consent preferences and any display settings).

Legal basis: Legitimate interest (storing your expressed preferences).

Analytics cookies (Google Analytics / GA4)

Help us understand how users interact with the Site (e.g., pages visited, approximate location derived from IP address, referral sources, and interaction events). We use this data to improve the Site and our messaging. Google Analytics may also use local storage and measurement protocol requests. We have enabled IP anonymization where supported by GA4.

Legal basis: Consent. These cookies are set only after you opt in via our cookie banner.

Marketing cookies (LinkedIn Insight Tag)

Help us measure advertising performance (e.g., whether ads lead to Site visits or conversions) and may support retargeting depending on your settings and LinkedIn’s capabilities. The LinkedIn Insight Tag may use cookies, tracking pixels, and JavaScript to collect data.

Legal basis: Consent. These cookies are set only after you opt in via our cookie banner.

4) First-party vs. third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by us directly (first-party). Others are set by third-party services that we use (third-party), such as Google and LinkedIn. Third-party cookies are governed by the respective provider’s privacy policy in addition to this Cookie Policy.

5) Cookie details

The table below lists the cookies and similar technologies currently in use on the Site. Specific cookie names, durations, and behaviors may change when our vendors update their products; we will update this table periodically.

Cookie names in brackets (e.g., [session_id]) are illustrative and may differ in your browser’s cookie inspector; check for cookies under the griddtemplates.com domain.

6) Your choices and controls

Cookie banner

When you first visit the Site, we display a cookie consent banner. You can accept or reject Analytics and Marketing cookies. Strictly necessary cookies remain enabled because they are required for the Site to function. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the “Cookie Settings” link in the Site footer.

Browser controls

You can also delete or block cookies through your browser settings. Note that if you block all cookies, some parts of the Site may not function properly. For instructions, refer to your browser’s help documentation.

Opt-out tools provided by third parties

7) Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control

Do Not Track (DNT)

Some browsers send a “Do Not Track” signal. Because there is no universally adopted standard for interpreting DNT signals, we do not currently respond to DNT. You can control tracking via our cookie banner instead.

Global Privacy Control (GPC)

We honor Global Privacy Control signals. If your browser or extension sends a GPC signal, we treat it as a valid opt-out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar US state privacy laws). When we detect a GPC signal, we will not set Analytics or Marketing cookies for that browsing session unless you affirmatively opt in through our cookie banner.

8) How we record consent

We use a consent management tool to present the cookie banner, record your choices, and ensure that non-essential cookies are not set before you opt in. Your consent preference is stored in a first-party cookie (see the cookie table above) so that it persists across visits. If you clear your cookies, you will be asked to make your choice again on your next visit.

9) Updates to this Cookie Policy

We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on the Site and update the effective date above. If we add new categories of non-essential cookies (beyond analytics and marketing), we will obtain fresh consent before setting them.
